• Main Deck: The gas grill is conveniently located on the main floor with easy access to the kitchen and both primary indoor and outdoor dining areas. This space is ideal for grilling local catch while enjoying a sundowner.

• Top Patio: Located on the ground floor, this patio area features several lounge chairs and tables along with a six-person jacuzzi. With the primary bar located just steps away, this is a great spot to enjoy a refreshing cocktail or mocktail in the comfort of the shade or in the warmth of the jacuzzi.

• Middle Patio: Sun worshipers rejoice when they catch a glimpse of this glassed-in patio located mid dune. Outfitted with four dedicated lounge chairs, side tables and benches, this is just the place to watch the water and allow the elements to impart a sun kissed glow.

• Lower Patio: Sunset & s'mores by the beach anyone? Whether you are looking to lounge on the extra long couch under an enormous umbrella or are more interested in playing a round of cards at the gaming table, you will not be dissapointed. Turn on the gorgeous gas fire pit and turn up the tunes!

• The Dock: Running accross the entire width of the property is your own private “dock”. The dock features two storage areas which are stocked with water equipment for your use. Equipment includes; paddle boards, a kayak, a collection of beach balls, toys and life preservers.

The essence of lakeside living is honored by a series of 5 beautiful decks overlooking the water. Just above the lapping shoreline and spanning the full length of the property lies the first deck. It is here that you will find paddle boards, a kayak and an assortment of items for water recreation. Just above lies the lower lounge level which is graced with plush furniture surrounding a stone fire pit. A third deck for the serious sunbather is found just steps above that. Continuing up the hill you will find the ground level patio replete with a six-person jacuzzi, outdoor shower and a shaded lounge area. One more level up and adjacent to the kitchen lies the upper patio which is the perfect for a cookout with a fantastic gas grill and seating for eight.
